The file handling side of the Photoshop CS4 preferences is pretty much a set it up and forget about it kinda thing. However don’t think its not useful. If you do not move files between other pieces of software much. This is where you can lower the size of a file without compromising on quality.

The interface preferences have probably had more visits than ever before with Photoshop CS4. The introduction of the tabs system really was disliked when it first came out and a lot of users wanted to know how to switch it off. Personally I am getting used to working with it. But its nice to have the option.

I have been looking for external battery packs for my SB900’s for a while now and I think I have finally found a solution that is not only practical but a cost effective alternative to the Nikon SD9 Battery Pack.

Ok so you are probably going to ask ” What the heck is an audio recording device doing on a Photoshop website? “. Well, unless you have been living on Mars? Just over a year ago, the world of the DSLR took an HD turn towards the world of the filmmaker. We now have the Canon 5D MkII, 1DSMkIV, 7D, and the Nikon, D90, D5000, D300s, D3s and know doubt a D700 variation will not be that far behind. you get the idea! But, as I have learned over the last few months. Getting great video is only half the battle.

I have been using Lightroom since the first beta launch way back in the day… I didn’t like it much when it first came out for various reasons. But needless to say those reasons dissolved away when Lightroom 2 came out in the summer of 2008, but I did not go back to Lightroom until late 2008 when I started on the Big Picture project.
