Great tutorial Stu,

However, the thing I like best is the way that you label yourself as 'bawbag' in your diagrams.... good ole scottish humour. lol

Thanks Neutron, I am not sure you can achieved the same effect with a DSLR, maybe lomo should make DSLR :) - We are building an LPS+ section so that for $9 per month you can download and keep all the screencasts from the website. Thanks for the comment its good to get feedback glad you like it.

Best tutorial for Lomo Effect I've found. I got better results than with other methods. Can I get the "same" LOMO effect with a special filter/lenses combination on a DSLR? Is there any downloadable version available?

thank you man for posting this tutorial!

Glad you liked the screencast. You cannot really compare the quality of a DSLR like the Nikon D700 with a point and shot, so yes there will be a quality difference.

Loved it Mr. Stuart....
I have question... I use a Canon SX 100 IS digi camera, and the picture of whatever I take and when I try to retouch it, it doesn't come as the tutorial shows... Is it because of the lens clarity that makes it different from Digi SLR's?
I take all my shots in manual mode.
